Hanshaw's Spit and Polish

Leather is a natural product. So it is very important to properly look after it if you want your leather product to last long. We understand the importance of leather care and so we have designed some great leather care products which you can use to take care of your leather bag. 

As leather is a natural product it has natural oils and moistures that helps the leather to stay flexible and stretch. However, through the seasons the leather is naturally going to dehydrate so we need to make sure that we replenish the leather to keep it soft and flexible. If this is not done then instead of bending or stretching the leather will break or snap.

When you buy a leather product it is essential to clean and look after it. So over the last couple of years, we have developed some leather care products that are specially made for our bags.

One of these products is the Hanshaw's Spit and Polish. This product can be used to clean your leather bag. It can clean away any marks that you get on the leather such as pen marks, scratches, etc. It is a powerful cleaner.

However, it is not recommended that you use too much of this product on the leather as it could damage the finish of the leather. Do not use it for daily cleaning and only use it on the marks on the leather that you want to get rid of. 

The frequency of the use of these products depends on the use of your leather bag. If you use your leather bag daily we recommend that you clean and moisturise your bag every six weeks or so. If you use it a couple of times a week then you can do this every three months and if you only use it occasionally then at least every year. But remember not to leave a leather bag for longer than a year without any care if you love your leather bag.
